After placing your order, we will package your 3d pen within 24 hours and send out within 48 hours to shipping company. Shipping Area includes: United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil and so on. You can contact us if you have any question and we will make refund or ship your package again if still no package after 60 days.

We usually use standard way（free shipping） to ship buyer's orders by default.It usually takes 7-15 days for delivery to United States, and 25-40 days to other countries. 

If you need express way, please contact us first before, we will adjust the price for you. Express way usually takes 3-7 days for delivery.
